Cause of oil leakage of sealing parts of crushing hammer (seal kit)

The surface of the main seal kit is hardened and the sliding surface is cracked. Cause ----- Abnormally high working pressure.

The surface of the main oil seal is hardened, the seal kit of the whole seal is broken ; Cause ---- hydraulic oil deterioration oil temperature abnormal increase ozone damage seals and oil leakage.

The wear of the main seal kit surface of the excavator crushing hammer is as smooth as a mirror. Cause ---- High pressure and small stroke in fretting age.

Uneven mirror wear on the surface of the main seal kit  are dissolved and swollen; Cause ---- side pressure is too large eccentricity is too large, improper oil and cleaning fluid are used.

The main seal kit sliding surface has damage and wear marks; Cause---- poor electroplating, rust spots rough mating surface piston rod selection materials, containing impurities.
