Methods for measuring nitrogen in crushing hammers

When the hammer is in use, the insufficient nitrogen will affect the hammer's impact. Today we will explain the measurement of nitrogen:

When checking whether nitrogen is sufficient, we need to unscrew the pressure measuring port first, confirm the connection port and O-ring of the nitrogen charging kit  interface, and then screw the nitrogen charging kit, and tighten the small screw behind the meter head to prevent air leakage.Connect the other end of the gas pipe to the nitrogen cylinder using a wrench. Press the small screw on the pressure measuring port by hand, and check the pressure value displayed on the meter head to determine whether nitrogen is insufficient. The pressure value standard will be different according to the specifications of the crushing hammer.
