Some notes on nitrogen charged by crushing hammer

The amount of nitrogen is set according to the working hydraulic pressure of the crushing hammer!

　　1.Too little nitrogen will weaken the crushing hammer

　　The crushing hammer has an energy storage stage when it is working, and the nitrogen in the accumulator plays the role of energy storage. Too little nitrogen will be easily compressed, unable to store the full working energy.

　　2.Too much nitrogen will make the crushing hammer unable to work

　　The energy storage of the crushing hammer is realized by compressing nitrogen. If nitrogen is too much, the piston cannot reach the stroke to trigger the work of the change valve, and too much will make the crushing hammer unable to work.

　　3.Can use other gas instead of nitrogen

　　Nitrogen is an inert gas and relatively stable. It neither oxidizes other components like oxygen, nor explosively burns with air like hydrogen. Moreover, when nitrogen is compressed, it absorbs heat and cools components.

　　 4.Nitrogen acts as a buffer

　　The buffer effect of nitrogen chamber can protect the cylinder block of crushing hammer to prolong the service life of crushing hammer and increase the impact strength!
